The Kung Fu Express has been in print since 1996. We started the newsletter in La Junta,  Colorado. Publishing a article each month along with a local herb to help the students understand how martial arts and health are linked together. From time to time we would add articles on anatomy and pressure points, meridians of the body along with massage tip for sore or injured muscles. Each month these pages helped the students see how the body functioned and how to heal and or injure someone.
Here we also would welcome articles from the students, allowing them to speak out about there training and how it has helped them progress in life.
